Update, August 24, 2020 (02:45 PM ET): Although most Pixel phones have had access to Android 11 since the first developer previews, the newest Pixel is just now getting in on the fun. The Android 11 beta is now available for the just-released Google Pixel 4a.
As with all other Pixels (aside from the original), all you need to do to install Android 11 on your Pixel 4a is opt-in to the beta program.
