Google says soft-touch glass coming to Pixel 7, then changes its mind

Soft-touch glass is the term that refers to the matte glass back on the Pixel 3 and 4. The overall effect was a subdued look with a certain class. With the Pixel 6 series, Google went with a high-gloss glass, but the company said it planned to bring back soft-touch with the Pixel 7. According to YouTuber Marques Brownlee, Google has now reversed course and said the Pixel 7 glass will remain high-gloss.

Google Assistant will no longer serenade you in John Legend's voice

Update, March 6, 2020 (3:05AM ET): After a cameo that lasted for almost a year, Google is pulling the voice of John Legend from the Google Assistant. The company made the announcement through its Twitter handle, saying that the singer’s Assistant voice will not be available after March 23. You still have a couple of weeks before this happens, so make the most of Legend’s serenading voice, that is, if you’re a fan.

Samsung Galaxy S10e revealed in vibrant Canary Yellow color scheme

The Samsung Galaxy S10 leaks have turned into a flood ahead of the February 20 unveiling. Now the latest leak has given us a look at the Galaxy S10e in a rather uncommon color scheme. Renders obtained by tipster Ishan Agarwal and MySmartPrice show the phone in Canary Yellow, echoing the Nokia/Microsoft Lumia series and Apple’s cheaper iPhones. Don’t care for the color option? Fear not as the Galaxy S10e is said to arrive in green, white, and Prism Black color schemes too.

Sci-fi shooter Shadowgun Legends finally launches in the Play Store (Update)

Update: (03/21): As promised, Madfinger Games has finally launched its sci-fi first-person shooter Shadowgun Legends on Android. The game was first announced way back in August 2016, followed by a soft launch in the Netherlands in November 2017. The free-to-play shooter features over 200 missions that cover four different alien planets. It also has hundreds of different weapons and armor types to choose from, along with a bunch of cosmetic items, and a “fame” reward system that will make the game world around your player character react differently based on the amount of fame he or she has.
