Today in Beijing, Oppo introduced the Find 7, an ambitious effort that the Chinese company hopes will cement its status as a force to be reckoned with in the world of high-end Android devices.

Samsung has long stuck to side-mounted fingerprint scanners for its foldable phones, with the Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Z Fold 3 adopting this type of fingerprint scanner too. Now, news out of Korea suggests that the 2022 foldables will stick to this location as well.

First up, it appears the Samsung Galaxy Buds Plus will directly integrate with Spotify. According to a leaked video (mirrored below), a long-press on one of the touch-capacitive earbuds will launch Spotify for you:
This will be super convenient for those users who love Spotify. However, the question remains whether the function will also work for other music streaming services.
Security researchers are warning Android owners that your keyboard may be spying on you. Researchers from Adguard say that two variants of Go Keyboard are sending personal information to remote servers and executing unauthorized code on devices. Go Keyboard is developed by the Chinese GOMO Dev Team.
Adguard decided to look into traffic associated with keyboards after the Touchpal keyboard was caught displaying ads on HTC phones earlier this year. Researchers determined that the GOMO team was collecting sensitive information including the email address associated with your Google Play Store account, network type, screen size, Android version, and build number.
Vine successor Byte has finally launched on the Google Play Store (and iOS), delivering six second looping videos on a new platform.
It seems like the app isn’t available in every region though (I can’t download it in South Africa, for example), and it isn’t available on APKMirror as of writing.
