From banking to email, a lot of our professional and private lives now revolve around digital accounts on the internet. However, securing these accounts effectively isn’t as easy as setting a strong password. Even if you use unique passwords for every account, a keylogger or similar basic attack could quickly compromise them. To that end, it’s worth adding an additional layer of security to your accounts in the form of two-factor authentication.
Let’s get down to the brass tacks. There are two main components to hooking up with someone. You have to find some place to go to meet people. Then you have to find someone that wants to do the dirty with you. There are no apps that can guarantee a hookup. However, there are some that can get the two main components out of the way. That way you can focus on your follow through.

For the most part, the price tag is mostly justifiable. Havit designed this thing to cater mostly to gamers and the gamer crowd should get their money's worth out of this one. Smartphones have evolved significantly over the last several years. In 2016, we see devices that offer multi-core processors with several gigs of RAM, QHD and even higher resolution displays, new security methods like fingerprint scanners, and the list goes on. Unfortunately, battery technology hasn’t evolved at the same rate as the rest.
To get over the battery life dilemma, today’s smartphones tend to simply shove in the largest battery possible without making the phone too thick, in combination with quick charging so we can top them off a bit faster.

Livi Design has the ambitious goal of turning almost every phone into a laptop, as the only requirements are that said smartphone has a video out option and Bluetooth. There is a list of supported devices on the project’s site, and it must be said that it’s a pretty large one (the developers claim that they’re supporting over 200 Android phones).

Motorola has announced that eight of its phones will receive the Android 9.0 Pie update. Pretty much all current-gen smartphones are on the list, but there are some notable omissions. The company says the updates will start rolling out this fall. Motorola may not be the quickest with software updates, but at least the company is trying to be more transparent with its users. Earlier today on the Motorola blog, Motorola announced that the following eight smartphones will receive the update to Android 9.

Longtime readers know that we have a penchant for sending brand new phones to their demise. We did it to Android flagships like the Galaxy Note 2, the Nexus 7, or the HTC One, and to Apple devices like the iPhone or the iPad Mini. We admit that sometimes we went overboard with the “testing”, but that’s another story.
But are all plastic phones that flimsy?
Samsung has just released the whitepaper for their long-awaited Exynos 5250 SoC, now called the Exynos 5 Dual, and there’s a lot of interesting information to be discovered in it.
The Exynos 5 Dual will be the world’s first Cortex A15-based chip, when it will ship later this year, presumably inside the 11.8-inch tablet Samsung is going to launch later this year. Samsung had to wait for this A15-based chip to support the very high WQXGA (2560×1600) resolution of the Galaxy Tab 11.

TL;DR
The Google Clock app still isn’t triggering alarms as expected. It was updated on Wednesday and now defaults to system sounds if Spotify integration breaks. It seems like a full fix will have to wait. Updated, September 10, 2021 (05:00 PM): After a problematic week with people missing alarms on their Android phones, it appears the problem is finally fixed. According to a post from a Google rep on Reddit (via Android Police), the issue won’t happen anymore if you update both the Google Clock app and Spotify.
