Digital currencies undoubtedly provide the fastest and cheapest way to transfer wealth over long distances, especially across international borders. However, some caveats steer most people away from using them — with volatility or price fluctuations often quoted as the critical deciding factor. Enter stablecoins.
The term stablecoin refers to a distinct class of cryptocurrencies explicitly designed with price stability in mind. Unlike traditional cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin or Ethereum, stablecoins are linked to an existing asset, like US dollars, euros, or even gold.
The Samsung Galaxy S4 is one of the most highly anticipated devices of the year, and it’s probably one of the more expensive ones out there, especially if you pay for it outright. Most people like to protect their investments, and in this context, you do that by purchasing a case.
Now, there are a lot of cases out there, making it hard to choose which one is right for you.
There’s no lack of speed test apps out there, but the FCC has just launched another in a bid to detail America’s broadband coverage.
The FCC Speed Test app measures the performance of your internet connection. This includes upload and download speeds, connection jitter, and latency, too. In this sense, it’s like every other speed test app before it. But the commission notes that this isn’t merely a tool for troubleshooting but to garner performance metrics on the state of the US’s internet.
OnePlus launched its newest smartphones today: the OnePlus 7 and the OnePlus 7 Pro. As expected, neither device has a headphone jack, which is — once again — a significant omission for the company with the motto of “Never Settle.”
We can confirm that neither device will have a USB-C-to-3.5mm dongle in the retail box, either.
The previous device from OnePlus — the OnePlus 6T — was the first phone from the company without a headphone jack.

Samsung is setting the ambitious target of seriously challenging Apple in North America this year. Even for a firm as big as Samsung, it’s a daunting task. However, it has a plan. The company aims to bolster flagship market share, expand its presence in the wearable field, and more through its “Tiger” strategy. But do you believe this is enough to take on Apple this year?
Recently, Facebook decided to take a formal stance against online sexual solicitation. To crack down on the issue, the social media giant has updated its Community Standards, effectively banning the use of certain emoji on Facebook and Instagram.
To be precise, Facebook has banned the use of both the eggplant and the peach emoji when used alongside various sorts of sexual content. The updated Facebook Community Standards do not target the emoji by name but instead refers to “[commonly used] sexual emoji” as the subject in question.

There’s no denying that the LG Wing is a risky buy. Even in the world of foldable phones and clip-on screens, LG’s latest device is unlike any we’ve seen before. The practicality of its design is debatable, but it’ll likely appeal to first-adopters, collectors, and those who want something a little different.
One thing that may hold the Wing back is its price. At $999, you’re paying for the novelty as much as the phone’s smarts.
It’s no secret that most people dislike display notches. Unfortunately, as most customers want completely bezel-less phones, there’s currently no way to avoid the cutout until under display sensor tech advances past the prototype stage.
To avoid notches, smartphone manufacturers like Samsung retain large forehead and chin bezels to house the various sensors while Oppo, Xiaomi, and others have built sliding mechanisms that expose the front-facing sensors only when they’re needed. So we decided to ask you, how do you wish phone manufacturers would circumvent the display design choice?
Jabra Jabra Elite Active 45eThese won’t win any awards for sound quality, but they’re great for athletes who need to remain aware of their surroundings. The IP67 rating means you can exercise worry-free and spend more time focusing on your workout.
Sun’s out, guns out, which means more of us will be heading outside for workouts. While there are benefits to traditional earbuds, outdoor athletes should remain aware of their surroundings.
