Digital signatures are a way of life now. We rely way less on physical documents and you can digitally sign a lot of documents legally these days. Luckily, the number of tools for this is rather small. Only a few companies work in this segment and you probably know at least one of them. For the most part, the company you deal with will choose this tool for you, so this list is mostly for those independent workers and small business owners looking for an easy solution.
Out of the Razer Phone 2‘s many features, its 120Hz display is one of the biggest highlights. It’s hard to go back to a regular smartphone display once you plant your eyes on a display that can refresh up to 120 times a second.
As with the “UltraMotion” display on the original Razer Phone, the high refresh rate not only allows for smooth gameplay, but smooth navigation throughout the OS as well.

Phone screens are getting more curved, and on one superficial hand, I admit I kind of like it. “Waterfall” displays look beautiful and futuristic. My reptilian brain loves how they feel against the palm of my hand. They do make bezels even less visible, and you could argue that they let make manufacturers fit more screen in the same body size.
As much as I enjoy looking at and holding the Mate 30 Pro and the Vivo Nex 3, I’m ready to go back to a phone with straight edges, or at least less-curved ones.
From the Vault: As the streaming space keeps growing, massive studio catalogues are becoming more and more available. These include lost and forgotten gems, so-bad-it’s-good duds, and just plain weird pieces of film history. And you probably won’t find them by waiting for streamers to put them in front of you. In From the Vault, Android Authority aims to rescue these titles from the algorithm graveyard and help you get more out of your streaming subscriptions.

Chinese is a difficult, but rewarding language to learn. In fact, it’s the most popular language in the world. However, most vacations and business trips don’t need that level of learning. Most use phrasebooks and simple translation dictionaries for short trips. You can get all of those on your smartphone now. There aren’t a ton of apps available for this, but there are some really good ones.

Huawei has launched the Mate XS 2 foldable. It uses an out-folding design rather than the Galaxy Z Fold 3’s in-folding design. The company has since launched the device in global markets as well. Update: May 18, 2022 (8:23 AM ET): It’s taken a few weeks, but Huawei has announced the global launch of the Mate XS 2 today. The new foldable goes on sale in Europe from June, so what should you expect in terms of pricing?
Did you follow along last week’s Android customization post to figure out the details of screen pinning in Android Lollipop? I know, you likely already knew what it was all about. This week we’re diving into YouTube – specifically, using your Android phone to remotely control YouTube. This includes the Chromecast, sure, but also an old, little known and often forgotten feature of the streaming service, YouTube TV.
YouTube is predominantly known as a video streaming service on the web with access through any web browser or through mobile apps on our favorite Android devices.
