Google and its partners have frequently given away smart speakers to people in the last year or so, and it isn’t stopping with the festive season upon us. Yes, the company is now giving away Nest Mini speakers to Google Fi users.
The offer was received via email by several Android Authority writers and allows you to claim one free Nest Mini if you’re a US resident and your account is in “good standing.
Google’s latest Pixel device is finally here. The Pixel 6a arrived as part of the Google I/O presentation on May 11, 2022, and it looks almost identical to its namesake Pixel 6. However, the looks only tell part of the story. As always, there are some changes under the hood to keep the cost down, but Google’s Pixel phones are closer in performance than they’ve ever been. If you’re having trouble choosing one over the other, we don’t blame you.

It’s definitely thrilling to take one’s device to the next level, which is essentially why a lot of people root their devices to be able to install custom ROMs.
Exciting as it may seem, installing custom ROMs involves the risk of your device’s being bricked in the process. It can be very unfortunate if you own a premium device that you could not afford to be damaged–such as the HTC EVO View 4G.

Motorola’s “Lazy Phone” ad campaign continues with a new TV spot that focuses on using a smartphone for navigation purposes, and shows how the Moto X can be better at it.
As expected, the moral of the story is that the Moto X with its Touchless Control feature is superior to any other smartphone that can be used for voice-based navigation purposes.
This fourth “Lazy Phone” commercial is very similar to the previous ones – we have the same TJ Miller acting as the “other” smartphone that’s supposedly pretty much useless in certain situations, and the same Moto X that’s supposed to offer a better solution for the same task.
Over the past few months, users online have been reporting a concerning OnePlus 7 Pro shutdown problem in which the device spontaneously powers down (or simply has a black screen). Once it does this, there doesn’t appear to be an obvious way to get it back on again.
The problem only appears to be affecting a small number of users but has been a consistent issue since the device launched in May.

Samsung has kicked off its “Summer of Galaxy” with a host of giveaways. You can get free YouTube Premium, Uber Eats vouchers, and even a music NFT. You can also get a Galaxy Watch 3 for half price if a friend buys a Galaxy S21. It wouldn’t be summer without Samsung’s seasonal freebies, and this year the bonuses are helpful — if also a little trendy.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 leaks have turned into a flood ahead of the February 20 unveiling. Now the latest leak has given us a look at the Galaxy S10e in a rather uncommon color scheme.

Don’t care for the color option? Fear not as the Galaxy S10e is said to arrive in green, white, and Prism Black color schemes too.
