Some good news for those of you still looking to pick up the Sony Xperia Z2, the device has seen a major price slash in the U.S., bringing the unlocked phone down to just $579.99. Not half bad considering the initial price at U.S. launch was $749.99. Perhaps the best feature of the Xperia Z2 is its 20.7MP camera. Well, now you can have Alexa on the go with CoWatch. CoWatch isn’t made by Amazon, a company which has a justified timidity when it comes to producing hardware. Rather, this is an offering from a company called iMCO, but Amazon has given them the go ahead to use the personal assistant on their smartwatch.

The FCC filings reveal the smartphones’ model numbers that are SM-G950U (Galaxy S8) and SM-G955U (Galaxy S8 Plus). The last letter — U — means that these are both unlocked devices.

Gates gave the answer in a Reddit AMA when asked about his current phone. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is one of the most recognizable foldable phones on the market, offering a tablet-sized display on the inside when unfolded and a smartphone screen on the outside when folded.

TL;DR Google just released a Google Lens shortcut launcher on the Google Play Store. The new Google Lens update simply creates a home screen/app drawer icon to quick launch Lens. If you don’t have a phone that’s compatible with Google Lens, this new download won’t help you. Launching Google Lens is pretty easy: long-press on the home button to launch Google Assistant, and then click the Lens icon in the lower right-hand corner.

Update (02/12): Another handful of Android Wear devices are receiving the Oreo update. Google posted an update about the new devices in its Android Wear support pages (via Android Police) yesterday, though its terminology is a little unclear. Google says the devices below are “currently pursuing" the Android Wear Oreo update. We don't know if that means it's rolling out, about to roll out, or rolling out in a year's time, but the update has already been spotted on the Huawei Watch 2 so it's likely happening now or very soon for all of them.
