You can listen for up to four hours and then pop the buds back in the case to recharge on the go.
If you’re a Galaxy Nexus owner wanting to enjoy a taste of sweet Nougat, now you can thanks to a ROM created by the Unlegacy-Android project. The project, headed by developers MWisBest and Ziyan, aims to bring current Android features to hardware that’s no longer officially supported; the Galaxy Nexus is the latest device on the list.
The new ROM file was spotted in an XDA Developers forum post and it seems to be stable, though issues with GPS and mobile data have been noted.
The modular nature of the LG G5 is easily its most intriguing new feature, not only for the range of standalone peripherals and insertable modules it supports but also for what it means for LG going forward. If the idea is picked up it could mean huge things for not only LG but smartphones in general, but it could also signal bad things for the G series if it doesn’t catch one.
Back in early September, Microsoft announced it was buying Nokia’s smartphone division in a move that is meant to help Microsoft’s solidify its in-house hardware development efforts. For many Nokia fans, this news was pretty upsetting – especially for those of us that dreamed of the day we’d see a Nokia handset running on the power of Android.
Further throwing sand in the wound, it was later revealed that Nokia had been actively developingan Android device in a goal to move beyond just Windows Phone, though Microsoft’s bid obviously changed the company’s plans.
The OnePlus 8 Pro packs in plenty of new hardware to justify the company’s highest-ever smartphone price tag (McLaren editions not considered). One particularly intriguing feature on the menu is the handset’s dedicated color filter camera. We certainly don’t see this type of camera too often.
This is the fourth camera on the back of the OnePlus 8 Pro, but it occupies the bottom slot in the main triple camera housing.
When we’ve talked about full-screen phones in 2018, that’s meant around an 80 percent screen-to-body ratio with a small bottom bezel and a notch housing the front camera. The front-facing camera is an integral part of the phone so this design was necessary — until now.

With the Oppo Find X, the Chinese company follows in the footsteps of fellow BBK-owned phone company Vivo, hiding the camera in the top of the phone.

The OnePlus Nord CE is one of the newest smartphones from the company. The CE stands for “Core Edition,” as it pares back the specs and features of the mainline OnePlus Nord while simultaneously lowering the price.
However, the phone might be too pared back for its own good. For example, it’s missing the iconic OnePlus hardware alert slider, and its cameras definitely can’t compete with the ones in the main Nord.
People like what they like. Yeah, that’s something that people (and writers, who don’t count as real people) say, but it also happens to be true. Case in point: the Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Remember all your friends who liked the original Note? Yeah, neither does anybody else.
But, as things often do, it took off. It didn’t only take off, but quickly became one of the most popular phones among tech enthusiasts.

OnePlus just released its latest marquee smartphone, the OnePlus 9 Pro, which squarely puts the company in premium territory. This is a far cry from its last flagship phone. The OnePlus 8T, released back in August 2020, took aim at the affordable flagship market. Unfortunately, our review pinned it as a mediocre device. The display, battery life, and OS performed well, but the poorer camera performance and relatively high price made the 8T a bad choice compared to the competition.
