The five wallpapers are variations of pictures that seem to show rocks that have some unusual shapes. Each stone has a different color scheme. This seems to be a different take on the multicolor rock formations that were used as the basis for the Galaxy Tab S7 wallpapers which also leaked before the tablet launched. You can download all five of the Note 20 wallpapers in full resolution at the link below.

Ryan-Thomas Shaw / Android Authority Asus released its 2020 flagships, the Zenfone 7 series, more than a year after the Zenfone 6 made its debut. Thankfully, the Zenfone 7 lineup, which includes a Pro iteration this time around, offers much of what made the 2019 device so special. So, what kind of improvements should you expect? How do the Zenfone 7 and Zenfone 7 Pro differ? Is the flipping camera mechanism still present?

Google just surrendered its update authority to Samsung

Robert Triggs / Android Authority As exciting as the new Galaxy S22 hardware is, it’s Samsung’s new five-year update pledge that has caught my eye. With a promise of four years worth of OS updates and five years of security patches, Samsung’s guarantee is the best in the Android business and is closing in on Apple’s coveted level of long-term support. That means the Galaxy S22 series will see support right out until Android 16 sometime in the 2025/2026 window.

Here's why Chrome hasn't hit Windows on Arm laptops yet

TL;DR Qualcomm has addressed why Chrome isn’t available on Windows on Arm devices. The executive notes that it’s a “policy problem” rather than a technical hurdle. One of the best ways for legacy Windows apps to run faster on Windows on Arm is for developers to offer an Arm version, allowing the app to run natively on the platform. In the browser space, we’ve seen an Arm port of Firefox as well as a native version of Microsoft Edge.

iOS 15, macOS 12, and everything else you can expect

Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) is just around the corner. The Cupertino firm will be hosting the event online from June 7 to June 11, 2021, with the keynote address set to kick off at 10 AM PT (1 PM ET) on the first day. Hardware announcements are rare at WWDC, but it’s very much possible that Apple has some new devices to show off.

It’s coming on October 22

The Razer Phone 2 U.S. release date has been set for October 22. Razer has had the phone available for pre-order since October 11, but it quietly confirmed when the device would start shipping only this week (spotted by Phone Arena). The release date is set on both the official Razer website and the Microsoft website where you can order the phone for $799. Neither store offers an additional extra to sweeten the deal, but shipping is free, and Razer says it should take 2 to 4 days to arrive if you order via its website.

Largest-ever phone sensor from Sony

Eric Zeman / Android Authority TL;DR The Sony Exmor IMX800 just leaked. The smartphone camera sensor could be a 50MP 1/1.1-inch unit, the largest ever from the brand. Rumors suggest it could land with the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. When it comes to smartphone cameras, it’s not just the number of lenses that you need to worry about. The sensor(s) underneath those lenses are also very important and, in general, bigger is better.

Samsung Galaxy S7 battery life review

One of the biggest upgrades to Samsung’s Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge line-up is the battery, with Samsung managing to add a battery that is 18% and 40% larger than the predecessors respectively. Both handsets scored highly in their respective reviews, but suffered in the battery department so a year on, just how much has Samsung managed to improved the battery by? Taking a look at common tasks such as WiFi browsing and Video Playback, coupled with an extrapolation of expected battery life, it’s time to put the smaller of the two phones to the test.

Say hello to Google Chrome's Sneak Peek

When you tap and hold on a link in Chrome for Android, you can either open it in a new tab or an incognito tab. Chrome Canary and Chrome Dev now have a third way to open those links: ‘Sneak Peek.’ Spotted by Android Police, Sneak Peek loads a link as an overlay at the bottom of the page. You can swipe up on it to expand it further, though it won’t cover the entire page.
