Motorola's Droid Ultra, Maxx and Mini aren't getting updated to Lollipop

Motorola’s David Schuster has just taken to Google+ to announce that the Droid Ultra, Droid Maxx and Droid Mini will not be receiving an update to Android 5.0 Lollipop. No explanation was provided for the skipped update, though the company is offering affected Droid users some coupons on new smartphones for their troubles. If you happen to own any of these devices and would like a new-and-improved Moto phone, you have the option to claim a couple discounts on Motorola’s site.

We’re quickly approaching the release of the latest and greatest device from OnePlus, the OnePlus 5T.
